Wall height goes from two feet to twelve feet and replicates the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC. This Wall would be composed of three sections. The top will be a mural of Wyoming History, from prehistoric to the present. The middle is the plaque zone. And the bottom is a scuff & scrape zone for want of a better term.
