Based on population, Wyoming has suffered more deaths than any other state since Wyoming's population is less that 500,000. The monument is entitled Sun Up Memorial Wall.

The only First Responders Monument in the entire nation, entitled The GUARDIANS, is located near Platte Bridge Station, now known as Fort Caspar. This monument was begun in February,2001, to honor the fire and police who protect our community. Money could not be raised until after 9/11 and thirty-seven agencies are now honored on this monument. Their logos are on the ring surrounding the silhouette of Lt.
